What should I do to ensure the proper functioning of my watch?

Clean your watch with a soft, dry brush every 2–3 months. Avoid impacts, extreme temperatures and chemical products. Keep it clean and store it in a dry, protected place when not in use. Carry out preventive maintenance every 1–2 years to ensure proper performance.

What should I avoid in order to keep my watch in perfect condition?

Shocks. Although all watches are tested for impact resistance, violent shocks should be avoided. These can damage the appearance and cause premature wear to components, affecting performance.

Magnetic fields. Avoid placing your watch near strong magnetic sources such as speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones or magnetic clasps on bags. We also recommend removing your watch when passing through airport body scanners.

How should I care for my watch when I’m not wearing it?

If you do not wear your automatic watch regularly, we recommend winding it manually using the crown (approximately 40 turns) or using an automatic watch winder. This helps keep the lubricating oils inside the movement fluid. Like all precision mechanisms, automatic movements require regular maintenance.

My crystal is supposed to be scratch-resistant, but it has been scratched. Why?

Our watches are fitted with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, which withstands normal wear. However, extremely hard materials such as diamonds or aggressive abrasive contact can still cause scratches.

Some models feature an anti-reflective coating applied to the crystal. This thin layer improves legibility but is more susceptible to scratching, which may give the impression that the crystal itself is scratched.
